Purpose:
To
approve the extension of the Council’s Insurance Services Contract.
Decision:
Authority to
exercise the 2 year extension option within the current supplier, Zurich
Municipal, for the provision of Insurance Cover to cover the period 1st
June 2020 to 31st May 2022.
Reason for the Decision:
The Council has a contractual option contained within the current
contract to extend for a further 2 years.
The current service provider has delivered in accordance with the
current agreement and there are no performance issues.
