The Chief Executive submitted a
report to consider and agree the long list for the Director recruitment. The Chief Executive introduced Luke Judd
from Gatenby Sanderson to take Members through the
applications and longlist process.
The recruitment consultant talked members of the committee through each of the candidates and the assessments made against the role requirements and person specifications. Members asked questions and considered the following recommendation.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Committee considers and agrees a
longlist for the Growth and Regeneration Director post. Those selected to be put through to the
technical assessment process to be completed by Gatenby
Sanderson week commencing 26 February 2018
