All meetings listed in the calendar are open to the public.
In a minority of cases, an agenda item may recommend that the public are excluded and this will be for a specific reason which is set out in the Access to Information procedure rules such as an individual can be identified or legal proceedings are involved. When this is the case, the public will be asked to leave the meeting and may return once the item has been completed.
Meeting dates can be subject to change therefore please check the relevant meeting webpage when looking for details of a particular meeting, or contact the Committee Clerk to confirm that the meeting is going ahead as scheduled.
