Issue - decisions

1.    To acknowledge the receipt of £340,000 grant funding towards energy efficiency measures to 68 properties within the housing stock.

2.    Give authority for the Director for Growth & Regeneration to appoint Eon as a Direct Award from Lot 2 & 4 of the Energy Efficiency Framework managed by Fusion 21 for a contract term of up to two years.

3.    Authority for the Housing Assets Manager to commission works from Eon for planned energy efficiency measures under the Housing Improvement Plan to an aggregate value of up to £691,000 over the life of the Contract. This includes £340,000 grant funding.

4.    To work in partnership with EON to consider further energy measures and assist with future grant funding applications.

5.    Authority for Legal Services to review, prepare and complete any associated contract documentation.
