RESOLVED that:
1) The Statement of Accounts for 2016-17 be noted.
2) The Narrative Statement be noted.
3) Members expressed that the timings of future meetings should remain in July which note the Statement of Accounts and the Narrative Statement as at paragraph 3.6.
