1.    To award the contract for the 2022/23 Planned Property Maintenance (PPM)   works to Jeakins Weir via the Scape Minor Works Framework.

 

           The overall total value of the works is £161,925.

 

2.    To access the General Repairs and Maintenance Reserve to cover the short fall in funding of £43,000 for the works required in the various public car parks.

1.     Authority to agree terms to allow Galliford Try (Construction contractor for the development of the MMDR) to occupy 25 desk spaces within the Parkside Offices for an initial period of four months. In addition, Galliford Try will also be purchasing monthly car parking passes within the Burton Street and Mill Street Long Stay Car Parks.

 

2.     Authority to enter into any associated legal documentation to regularise the matter. In this instance a Licence Agreement will be entered into.

To apply Aids and Adaptations policy exceptions to enable the successful completion of necessary aid and adaptations to two council properties and specifically:

1.     To exceed the usual Aids and Adaptations policy position to enable the completion of necessary work at a cost of more than £15,000 per property and;

2.     To exceed the upper limit of £30,000 as set out within the Aids and Adaptations policy for necessary works per property.
