Productivity Plan

Is part of the ongoing work, we are doing as a Council to meet the challenges of the current financial climate facing local government the Council is developing its approach to managing productivity.

To do this we are putting together a productivity programme to address this through our financial sustainability plan and the service improvement work over the next 3 years.

Alongside this there is a requirement for Melton as a local authority to submit its productivity plan to the Government by the 19th July 2024 and then to publish this on the Council’s website.
