Notice of proposed decision first published: 19/06/2020

This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
The Government Guidance is changing at a fast pace and at short notice and in order to support the hospitality industry it is imperative that the decision is implemented in time for the anticipated opening date of 4th July 2020.
