An invitation from Leicestershire County Council (received on 11th November) to consider an approach to revisions to the South Sustainable Neighbourhood Masterplan (approved by Cabinet on 17 June 2020), in order to satisfy the grant conditions of the Homes England Housing Infrastructure Fund award of £15 million.

Consideration of the South Sustainable Neighbourhood Masterplan would constitute a Key Decision within the Council’s Procedure Rules. Responses are required no later than w/c 14 December 2020 and as such it was not possible to comply with the statutory requirement to provide 28 days notice of the decisions.
