The Chief Internal Auditor to submit a report providing the Internal Audit Annual Report and Opinion for 2023/24, which should inform the Council’s Annual Governance Statement and provide the Committee with assurance over the governance, risk and control framework.

The Monitoring Officer to update Members on the draft Annual

Governance Statement.

The Chief Internal Auditor to submit a report advising of the new Global Internal Audit Standards.

The Chief Internal Auditor to submit a report to update Members on

the progress made in delivering the 2024/25 Internal Audit Plan and

key findings arising from audit assignments completed.
